We were pleased to have owner Rick Moore and members Carol Orr, Ken Orr, Ronda Melson, and Dale Eckrote as participants in this contest held in Milford, Delaware.

Even though this was our first bench press contest, the club itself took 3rd place. Rick took 2nd place for his age class, with a bench press of 400 lbs. At age 48, that's great! Congratulations and thanks to everyone who participated. Here are some photos.
